The Red Bull Rampage is held every other year in a couple of the same areas where we will be running. In 2008, it took place near the Flying Monkey trail and in 2010 they moved it across the valley right next to the trail we’ll be taking up onto Gooseberry Mesa. We won’t be running on anything this gnarly, but some of the aerial photography in the videos have some great shots of what the desert between the mesas looks like.
